Once upon a time, in a land far away, there was a baby named Moses. His story is one of bravery, faith, and the power of standing up for what is right. Finally, after the tenth plague, the Pharaoh agreed to let them go.
Moses led the Israelites out of Egypt, and they were pursued by the Egyptian army. But God parted the Red Sea, allowing the Israelites to cross safely while the waters closed over the pursuing army. It was a miraculous escape, and the people rejoiced in their newfound freedom.
After leaving Egypt, Moses led the Israelites to Mount Sinai. It was there that God gave Moses the Ten Commandments. These commandments were not just rules; they were a guide for living a good and righteous life. They taught the Israelites how to love God and how to treat each other with respect and kindness.
The Ten Commandments are as follows:
You shall have no other gods before me.
You shall not make for yourself an idol.
You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God.
