With trembling hands, Sir Cedric placed the stone and closed his eyes. He thought of the village, his friends, and the joy he felt when he helped others. Then, with all his might, he whispered, ¡°I wish for the forest to be filled with light and happiness once more.¡±
As he spoke, a brilliant light burst from the stone, illuminating the tree and the entire forest. The darkness faded away, replaced by a warm, golden glow. The trees began to sing, and the animals emerged from their hiding places, dancing and celebrating.
¡°Thank you, Sir Cedric,¡± Lumina said, her eyes shining with gratitude. ¡°Your kindness and bravery have saved the Enchanted Forest.¡±
With a heart full of joy, Sir Cedric returned to his castle, his spirit lifted by the knowledge that even the smallest of knights could make a big difference. As he climbed back into bed, Mr. Fluffington seemed to smile at him, and Sir Cedric knew he had made a new friend in Lumina.
